I am Lara and I love to share my passion for food, for Italian homemade pasta and gastronomy.
Recipes are passed down through generations and I learned how to cook from my grandma and my mother Maura.
Over the years, I have learned to appreciate “simple Italian” and I think that if you use fresh, quality ingredients, you do not need to put in a lot of effort to create a delicious meal.

The essence of Italian cooking today is simplicity.
One uses the freshest seasonal ingredients possible, and then uses basic cooking techniques to simply enhance the natural flavor of the food.
My mission is to leave travelers with an unparalleled, non-touristy, food-related experience in undiscovered neighborhoods of the most fascinating lake in the world.
We will start with a welcome coffee and cookies to get to know each other a little bit. You will learn how to prepare typical and lovely Italian meals including starters (bruschette and crostini), homemade pasta (tagliatelle ) with tasty sauces (tomatoes, pesto, ragù either from meat or vegetarian).
We will start with flour and eggs and hands in dough!
From the base of the dough you will do in first person, following my instructions.
We will enjoy the class drinking good wine and having a very italian aperitivo.
You will eat the pasta you have prepared during the class or if you prefer you can take it at home.
This is a beginner course, no knowledge of cooking is required and every participant will receive written English instructions.
